Just before the weekend lands, I think a good workout is in order. It is a great way to release all that stress that may have built up during the week. Therefore, I’m seriously thinking of switching our fitness motivation thread from Mondays to Fridays (any feedback on that will be greatly appreciated). Anyway, Ifiyenia my fitness instructor, is back with another at home workout. It is a great routine to get/stay fit. The only equipment required are a yoga mat, as always, and small ball. It can be any small inflatable ball, so there’s no need to go buy one because I’m quite certain that you can borrow one from your kids. One thing to remember though is to start off with some stretching to warm up those muscles.
The use of equipment, like a ball in this case, is to make the routine more fun but at the same time a little more challenging. This routine is perfect for toning the muscles of your back, glute and abs. It includes the exercises shown in the graphic below. (It might be a good idea to pin it for later).
