A Cardio Workout Routine For More Vigor

Hello there! Happy Monday! It’s time for our fitness motivation. I don’t know how many of you tried the metabolism booster workout routine, but I did! To be honest I did the whole routine twice in a row and not three as suggested in the video and I assure you that after 10 minutes I was ready to hit the shower. So much sweat!! Ifiyenia makes some of these exercises look so easy although they’re not – especially if you’re a beginner like me. However, after my shower I felt great – all day long therefore, it was definitely well worth it! So, today the new workout routine to try is a cardio workout. We really need to exercise our hearts after all.

Cardiovascular exercises have many huge benefits. They are great for the heart’s well-being, better appetite control and help manage blood sugar levels just to name a few.
