Good morning everyone. It’s Monday, we are half-way through February already and it’s time to get motivated with another workout from Ifiyenia. She prepared for us a new video with the last part that completes a classic mat Pilates workout. You can carry out this workout in parts or do all parts in one go. Whatever suits you. The great thing as always is that you can do this at home after a proper warm-up.
Ready? Well, what are you waiting for? Grab your yoga mat and go for it. This session will take you 5 minutes tops! You see Ifiyenia has split each of the four videos in 5-8 minutes sessions, in order for anyone with little time to manage to do either one part at a time or all of them together depending on their available time. So here we go…
