Well hello there! It’s the beginning of a new week and I sure hope it’s a good one. I for starters am sore because I was doing Ifiyenia’s 10 minute cardio workout. For those of you who have tried Ifiyenia’s workout routines, then you’ll now how effective they are.

And even though, I sweat and swear (occasionally while doing them), the more try to follow them the more hooked I get. And the fantastic thing about Ifiyenia’s workout routines is that they don’t consume too much time. Therefore, you can’t really use time as an excuse for not trying doing them. Moreover, they can be carried out at home at your convenience and still get gym-like results, which is awesome.

As such, Ifiyenia, has prepared yet another treat for us: 7 quick chair workout exercises. It is a full body strengthening workout that pumps several muscle groups. It is short but super effective; and I can’t wait for all of you to try it and give me some feedback. The main difference is that this time you will need a chair instead of a yoga mat.

To be exact this fitness workout consists of the following seven exercises:

  1. Lifting of heels
  2. Plie in three steps
  3. Glute, butt and side abs
  4. Arm and back stretching
  5. Balance
  6. Tricep dips
  7. Seated abs

As a side note: if you’re suffering from back aches then these 5 exercises to improve body posture may be of great help to you.

Have fun with the chair workout! xx
